Ashville Mushroom Sterilizer 50% Deposit

The Ashville Mushroom Sterilizer is based on a design by Ashville Fungi http://www.fungiasheville.com. The kit consists of two Stainless barrels one acts as a boiler and the other a steam sterilization chamber.  Please contact them for plans and a materials list. 

Boiler:

• Open head 55 Gallon stainless drum BB018
• Lid with sealing ring, new gasket and two ¾” female Npt bungs
• ½” Stainless drain valve
• Siight glass
• 1” Female Npt Bung accepts most screw in heater elements 3" up.

 Sterilization Chamber:

• Open head 100 Gallon Stainless drum BN230
• Lid with sealing ring and new gasket.
• ¾” Npt input and output.  Ports are situated at opposite ends and opposite sides of drum.
• Two sets of stainless shelf brackets welded inside (Stainless angle)

 Kit includes only what is listed. It does not include hardware, fittings or shelves.

Drums are not polished and may shows signs of discoloring from the welding.  This is only a cosmetic issue. If you would like to have your drums polished we will be happy to do so. 

Total cost of kit is $1725.00and requires a 50% (862.50) deposit for us to begin work. When work is complete you will be directed to return to this link to pay the balance and shipping costs. Ships Via Motor freight.
