100 Gallon Electric Boiler

Customize your boiler using the options below. All boilers include:

  • New 100-gallon New Stainless open head drum. 
  • Tri-Clamp ferrule welded into center of drum lid. 
  • Thermometer in lid.
  • 2nd Thermometer in side of drum.
  • EPDM gasket.
  • 1.5" filler port.
  • 2" ferrules for heater elements.
  • Whirlpool / recirculation add-on reduces heat up time and can help prevent scorching. 
  • Uses medium or large stand.
A two element set up utilizes on SSR Controller and two elements.

If multiple heater ports are ordered they will be installed at different heights to prevent element collisions. Please specify in the order comments if you prefer the ports in the front (as pictured) or the back of the boiler.

Closure Instructions

The drums are new, but they have been shipped via truck with no packaging. Drums may have some light scratches from handling.  Unless specifically listed, the drums are not UN rated.
