55 Gallon Electric Hot Liquor Tank

55 Gallon HLT is made from a new sanitarystainless steel drum. Polished to a medium luster, it has ports for a thermometer and drain valve.   

• 1.5" Tri-clover compatible drain with butterfly valve.
• Threaded thermometer port with thermometer.
• 2"  Heater element ferrules.
• Includes whirlpool / recirculation port.
• Optional herms coil.
• Optional sight glass.
• Optional insulation kit.
• Uses small or medium stand.
• Optional Thermocouple/PID port for remote temp monitoring (cap included)

Whirlpool decreases heating time and greatly improves effenciency of a herms coil. 

We recommend getting more element ports than you need. It's easy to add an element later if you already have a port.
